Robyn Murray Reg. PT & Founder of the Village
BHK, MSc. Kin, MSc. PT
Adult Pelvic & Orthopedic Health; Developmental & Orthopedic Pediatric Care
I am a strong advocate for growth-minded, compassionate, client-centered care, working collaboratively with each individual in a way that aligns with their values, goals, and life experiences. My approach to physiotherapy is holistic & neurophysiologically-informed
I’ve been guiding people toward better movement and health since 2007, beginning my journey as a personal trainer. In 2013, I earned a Master of Science with a focus on behaviour change psychology, which continues to inform my therapeutic approach today. I later completed my physiotherapy training at McMaster University in 2015.
My clinical passions are diverse, including birth preparation and postpartum rehabilitation, strength/core training, supporting hypermobility, & pediatric physiotherapy (e.g., torticollis, motor development etc.). I’m also deeply honoured to serve as a birth doula, helping families navigate the transformative transition into parenthood.
In practice, I integrate advanced manual therapy techniques—such as craniosacral therapy, cupping, fascial release, and soft tissue work—with skilled movement strategies to support healing and build resilience. I take a whole-person approach and often collaborate with trusted multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive support as needed.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, cycling, hiking, Olympic and powerlifting, yoga, meditation, and reading.

Nicole Stieber-Sze Reg. PT
Registered Physiotherapist, MScPT, BSc (hons)
Adult and Pediatric Pelvic Health, Pediatric Care (orthopedic, breastfeeding support), & Adult Orthopedic Care
I received my M.Sc in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2010. Early on in my career, I was lucky enough to experience a variety of different work environments, including orthopaedics, paediatrics, geriatrics and home based care. I first became interested in pelvic floor Physiotherapy after experiencing my own pelvic floor challenges following the birth of my first child in 2015.
Experiencing the positive impact of pelvic floor rehab first hand, made me want to be able to help other people in my community who might also be struggling with their pelvic health. Since then, I have extended my training to allow me to work with children with bowel and bladder challenges (including bed wetting, encopresis and more) and breast/chest feeding families struggling with blocked ducts, mastitis and latch struggles (secondary to tongue tie etc). This has allowed me to combine my love for pelvic floor rehab with my love of working with children! I strive to provide inclusive, compassionate and client centered care, as well as practicing through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children, being in nature, crocheting, sewing (or any kind of craft, really!) and practicing yoga and meditation.

Shannon Clutton Carr Reg. PT
Hons.B.Kin, MPT, CGIMS, Pilates Instructor
Adult Pelvic Health Care, Pediatric Care (orthopedic, breastfeeding support), Adult Orthopedic care
Shannon has been serving her community as a physiotherapist for nearly 15 years. Her interest and transition into pelvic health began with the traumatic birth of her son and the harsh realization that no body bounces back, but it can be gently guided towards a new state and full recovery built on a foundation of strength, power, pleasure, and autonomy.
She has a clinical focus on peri-natal and peri-menopausal health. Her specific clinical interests include chronic low back or hip pain, dyspareunia/painful penetration, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, bladder or bowel urgency, pregnancy-related pain conditions, labour and birth preparation, and post-partum recovery and conditioning.
Shannon is passionate about the biopsychosocial aspects of pelvic health and building a healthcare community of wholehearted support and integrity. She firmly believes in honouring matrescence and all it has to offer. She uses education and movement to empower and inspire other mothers to connect to themselves and create a healthy body and mind, even while in the throes of major life transition.
Shannon has successfully built and grown a clinical Pilates program that incorporates full body strengthening, postural control, breath work, and lumbopelvic/core strengthening that pairs beautifully with pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is STOTT Pilates mat and reformer trained since 2011 and continues to teach regularly in the community.
Shannon recently added the assessment and treatment of infant feeding-related concerns to her repertoire of care. She works with parents to assess and treat common musculoskeletal issues associated with tongue/lip tie, poor latching, mastitis, torticollis, and more.
Shannon has spent many years learning about trauma recovery and navigating life after pregnancy loss at any stage. As a bereaved mother who has also experienced pregnancy after loss herself, she creates a safe space for bereaved mothers to experience trauma-informed pelvic health care. She continues to develop her physiotherapy practice through a trauma-informed lens and enjoys collaborating with a network of empathetic practitioners to help bereaved parents in need of whole body care.
Shannon grew up dancing ballet in Guelph. Her physical activity is now centered on fitting in Peloton workouts when she can while juggling a busy lifestyle with her young family. She loves reading, movies, good coffee, and baking.

Jessica Moretto Reg. PT
Registered Physiotherapist, MSc.PT
Adult Pelvic Health Care
My journey into pelvic floor physiotherapy started with a curiosity about the powerhouse of stability and function – the pelvic floor! I strive to empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to optimize their health and well-being, and am continually drawn to the challenge of helping individuals reach their goals, overcome discomfort, and improve their quality of life.
My passion lies in caring for those throughout their perinatal and post-partum journeys, as well as working with those with issues pertaining to sexual health and pelvic pain. Employing a client-centred approach to care, my goal is to educate my clients on how components of their physical anatomy, life experiences, and lifestyle are intertwined, ultimately impacting their pelvic health.
Seeing individuals reclaim their confidence, resume their daily activities without fear, and embrace life with renewed vigor is my ultimate goal.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, volunteering in the community, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with my wonderful circle of family and friends.

Eliza Pereira-Karve Reg. PT
Registered Physiotherapist, M. PT
Adult Pelvic Health Care
Hello! I’m Eliza. I’m a registered physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health and pelvic health physiotherapy. My foray into Pelvic health physiotherapy began not as a therapist but as a patient. My firsthand experience of the benefits of Pelvic health physiotherapy and the positive influence it had on my quality of life motivated me to pursue further training in Pelvic health physiotherapy.
I graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy degree in 2009 and started practicing in Canada in 2011 with a diverse orthopaedic caseload. Since 2015, I gradually transitioned to Pelvic health physiotherapy, focusing on treating women.
I have completed numerous courses over the past decade (see below). I have experience working with women of all ages, assisting them to overcome sexual health-related challenges, prepare for childbirth, return to exercise and activity after pregnancy and to age gracefully from peri to post menopause.
I strongly believe that optimal health is a combination of a healthy body, and a resilient spirit and mind. I use a whole person treatment approach that involves sensitive communication, education, manual therapy and individualized exercise prescription.
When I’m not practicing, I like traveling with my partner to off the beaten path destinations. I also enjoy all things artsy and craftsy.

Lucy D’Aguilar
Physiotherapy Assistant
BAPE, Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist
Early on in life I found a passion for sport, health and fitness. My father was a marathon runner, Physical Education teacher and an all-round sport enthusiast it was hard not to get involved at an early age. Growing up I was never a confident child and I struggled with confidence my whole life. The only place I truly felt myself was when I was doing gymnastics or running the track, focusing on the next competition. I climbed the competitive ladder, unfortunately injury struck AGAIN and AGAIN and I was unable to keep on top. This however, did not dampen my passion for fitness and health.
I graduated from the University of Liverpool John Moore’s (England) with a Bachelor degree in Sports Development with Physical Education. After graduating I decided to take a year off school and traveled the world where I met my husband Brandon, who brought me to where I live now, Canada.
In 2010 I became certified through CanFitPro and worked in a ladies only gym as a personal trainer. I met a multitude of wonderful women and helped change many lives along the way. Coaching women through pregnancy and post pregnancy goals was what I LOVED! But I quickly discovered there was a huge lack in education throughout the fitness industry for pregnancy and post partum training.
In 2013 I became pregnant with my beautiful Daughter Eden. Which all lead to me educating myself more in how I could help YOU recover from your birth and pregnancy.

Amanda Gazzola
Physiotherapy Assistant
Hi, I’m Amanda, a wellness coach, breathwork facilitator, and mom who believes that true transformation starts from within.
For years, I chased the idea of “balance,” trying to do it all while silently feeling like I was falling behind. It wasn’t until I started slowing down, connecting with my breath, my body, and my truth, that I realized healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself.
That’s what I help women do.
Through fitness, breathwork, mindset coaching, and real conversations, I guide women to reconnect with their strength, confidence, and energy, not by adding more to their plates, but by helping them release what no longer serves them. Whether we’re in a breathwork session, a strength workout, or a heartfelt chat, my goal is always the same: to help you feel grounded, powerful, and deeply proud of who you are becoming.
I’ve been called the “energizer bunny” (guilty as charged!), but what truly drives me is seeing women light up when they realize they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.
As a SHERPA Breath and Cold Facilitator, pre and postnatal coach, personal trainer, and certified life coach, I bring a holistic, heart-led approach to every session. I’m also a best-selling author for Finally, A Diet That Works For Me, podcast host of Health in Guelph, and a speaker who believes in connection over perfection and community over competition.
At the heart of everything I do is this belief:
You don’t have to start over — you just have to start reconnecting.

I’m Aimee, and for the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working as a personal trainer, specializing in supporting women on their fitness journeys. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply passionate about empowering women to prioritize their health and well-being.

This realization fuelled my determination to seek out knowledge and solutions, leading me to become a passionate advocate for women’s health and well-being during and after pregnancy.
Drawing from my own struggles and triumphs, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing my knowledge and experience with fellow moms, helping them navigate the transformative journey of motherhood with strength and resilience.
I hold certifications as a Somastery Therapy Facilitator, Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coach, Level 2 Certified Precision Nutrition Master Coach, Level 2 Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor, Consistency Coach, Empowered Performance Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Specialist.
